Job Description and Responsibilities:

The company is looking for a Solutions Engineer to be responsible for technical pre-sales support and application use case development for assigned accounts in the territory. Primary focus will be on prospecting new wired\wireless service provider, utility, government entity, and large commercial account opportunities for Telco Systems’ Carrier Ethernet and MPLS as well as NFV solutions. 

Job Recruitments:

• Responsible for customer technical needs assessment and analysis
• Develop application use case solutions and sales collaterals
• Research competition and develop customer specific technical sales strategies   
• Work closely with Sales, Marketing and Product Line Management to develop winning technical offers
• Support RFP/RFI/RFQ proposal development and proposal delivery to customers 
• Plan and execute proof of concept lab and field testing of Telco Systems product solutions at customer sites 
• Act as customer technical liaison to Telco Systems
• Visit customers on a regular basis 
• Actively participate in tradeshows and other relevant marketing events
• Regularly provide activity reports 
• 5+ years of experience in solutions or sales engineering of wide area in networking products 
• Excellent business presence with ability to work effectively at multiple levels within customer organizations
• Excellent written and verbal communication, listening and strong presentation skills
• Ability to work effectively within an international organization and add value as a team member 
• Self-driven with the ability to work independently to accomplish business objectives 
• Strong problem solving skills; ability to assess a problem and determine an effective course of action

Job Description:

Telco Systems a worldwide leader in Carrier Ethernet networking solutions  is seeking for Embedded Software Engineer to be part of our Core team for development of new products and as new features for existing ones. The role includes design, implementation and maintenance of the code as well as being focal point for other teams in IL and abroad.

Responsibilities:

Requirements:

Position Summary

The VP of R&D will be responsible for providing executive leadership and management of the Company’s product development activities worldwide.

The Vice President of R&D reports to the CEO and is a member of the Company’s executive team. 

Responsibilities

• Accountability for the R&D roadmap Provide technical direction and guidance, as well as hands-on project management, for all product development – Legacy and next generation research. 
• Ensure the optimal application of technology and engineering resources to meet product development and/or customer requirements, per the product and/or marketing requirements document. 
• Ensure that the product is fully and correctly defined and documented. 
• Ensure the product quality.

Telco Systems is seeking a results-oriented Director of Marketing who will lead the overall global marketing activities. The director of marketing will report to the VP of Products, Marketing and Professional Services you will be responsible to define Telco System marketing strategy and lead the execution of all marketing efforts related to our Cloud, NFV and Carrier Ethernet product lines. You and your team will craft and maintain the company brand, messaging, digital campaigns, website, events, social media and public and analyst relations. Goals include driving awareness, support and grow our ecosystem, create collaterals and content and drive lead generation campaigns for the Telco Systems products.

Core Competencies (Skills):

• Strong understanding and experience in software and B2B sales targeting service providers.
• 5+ years of well-rounded marketing experience in a high-tech industry with the ability to lead and work across international teams and define the marketing strategy and its execution plans.
• Thorough knowledge of marketing principles, brand, product and service management, lead generation, sales and business development, along with a demonstrated track record of success and performance.
• An understanding of all aspects of digital marketing, social media and working with the press and other related media outlets.
• Manage all aspects of marketing planning, budgeting, metrics and reporting.
• Manage external agencies and relationships with marketing service providers.
• Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written. English as mother tongue is an advantage.
