Executive Team

Ariel Efrati is the Chief Operating Officer of BATM Advanced Communications (LSE: BVC; TASE: BATM), where he oversees BATM’s global business operations and telecommunications practices, and acts as Chief Executive Officer for Telco Systems, a BATM wholly owned subsidiary.

Previously, Ariel held several senior positions in the telecom industry. As Senior Vice President, Ariel led Amdocs (NYSE:DOX) Venture Investments, Open Innovation and Product M&A unit, he headed Amdocs corporate competitive strategy unit, and he was the General Manager of the Service Fulfillment Product Business Division. Ariel also led Amdocs strategic and substantial entry to the OSS markets through organic growth and M&A activities.  Ariel was the CEO of CallmyName, a startup in the Mobile sphere, and is a member of several successful startups’ BoDs, and is highly experienced in technological and market innovations. In the past, as a senior officer, Ariel led an advanced technological unit in the Israel Defense Forces (IDF) Intelligence Corps. Ariel is a software engineer and an EMBA graduate of the Kellogg School of Management (Northwestern University).

Raanan Tzemach is the Vice President of Product, Marketing and Professional Services for Telco Systems. Raanan brings to Telco Systems broad experience in the telecommunications, security, and software industries. Before joining Telco Systems Raanan headed Products and Marketing for Cisco's Self-Optimizing Networks (SON) business unit, where he drove significant growth in both sales and the product portfolio. In prior positions, Raanan served as VP of Amdocs EMEA Managed Services (GSS),  VP & Business Unit Manager of Discretix (Sansa Security),  VP Advanced Services and Internet at Cellcom (mobile operator) and in multiple engineering and R&D roles in the Israel Defense Forces.

Avi Dorfman is a technology executive with over 20 years of experience in  the development and delivery of telecommunications systems. Avi was the VP R&D and CTO for ASIS which develops ATCA systems, VP R&D of Zlango, a startup that develops an innovative mobile messaging service and VP R&D of Radvision/Avaya Technology Business Unit specializing in voice and video over IP technologies.
Prior to his VP R&D roles, Avi worked for many years as the VoIP project development director in Comverse and system architect in several organizations.
Avi holds B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering and B.Sc. in Physics from the Technion- Israel Institute of Technology and MBA from Tel Aviv University.

Moshe Bitan brings more than 17 years of experience in Operations, Finance & Strategy roles in the telecom industry.

Reinhard Florin is the General Manager of North America. He has over 25 years of experience in sales, marketing, engineering support, and product management in both public and private companies. He has extensive experience within the telecommunications sector in general and the IP Ethernet, mobile operator, wide area networking and high performance computing sectors in particular. Reini has previously held executive level positions at DragonWave, Axerra Networks, SilverStorm Technologies, Carrier Access, and Paragon Networks and management positions at Siemens, Lucent and Paradyne.. Reinhard holds a B.S. in Management from Ball State University and MBA from the University of South Florida.

Hector Menjivar has over 20 years of experience in international sales and a strong expertise in distribution channels and long-term strategic planning. Hector has played a pivotal role in the Company’s success in adding global telecommunication companies as customers and establishing a base of Tier 1 service providers within Latin America. Prior to joining Telco Systems, Hector was director of Latin American sales at Metrobility (acquired by Telco Systems in 2006). He holds a B.S. in Finance and a B.S. in Economics from University of Central Florida.

Dave is Vice President of Finance for Telco Systems, a position he has held since December of 2000. Dave is responsible for all finance, legal and human resource matters for the company. Joining Telco in 1988 as Fiber Optics Division Controller, Dave has held various positions of increasing responsibility in the areas of finance and administration.

Earlier in his career, he held financial management positions at Power General Corp., Unitrode Corp. and Data General. Dave holds a B.S. in Accounting from Suffolk University in Boston, MA.

Sigal Wolf  is the Vice President of Human Resources for Telco Systems. As Telco Systems chief human resources officer, Sigal is helping to strengthen the company's vision and strategy by attracting and engaging the best talent, developing the existing human capital, and building a culture of innovation.

Sigal brings to Telco Systems broad experience in Human Resources management in a variety of global companies, established and lead the HR function and organizational culture.

Previously to Telco systems, Sigal was the head of Human Resources at Carestream, a medical imaging company. Prior to Carestream, Sigal was VP of HR in Smart Link, a communication company. Sigal also served as HR Manager in Kulicke and Soffa and Zoran Microelectronics. Furthermore, Sigal was an HR manager in Pizza-Hut USA, where she was responsible for all HR related activities in the North-East region.

Sigal holds BA in Sociology and Anthropology and MBA.
