The Telco-Silver support package provides free access to installation user manuals, release notes, and SW upgrades through Telco Systems’ Customer Support website.

Customer registration allows the creation of a free login account.

This package also includes e-mail access to support technicians, within local business hours, to help with implementation or other technical questions.
The Telco-Gold support package can be purchased as an option to provide additional support services beyond what is included in the Telco-Silver package.

Telco-Gold customers receive access to round the clock TAC Support.

Telco-Gold customers will have access to installation guides, user manuals, release notes, and SW upgrades through Telco Systems’ Customer Support website.
The Telco-Platinum/Platinum+ support package can be purchased as an enhanced option to provide the ultimate in software and hardware support services.

On top of the services included in the Telco-Silver and Telco-Gold packages, Telco-Platinum/Platinum+ adds return material authorization (RMA) for out of warranty Telco Systems’ equipment.

Telco-Platinum/Platinum+ customers will have access to installation guides, user manuals, release notes, and RMAs.

Telco-Platinum+ customers will have access to rapid RMA service (next business day replacement).

Telco Systems introduces these five new support packages:
  • Remote Monitoring: Telco Systems experts monitor the network remotely from a 24-hour support center offering comprehensive, end-to-end fault management and prompt reaction to problem reports.

  • Remote Network Operations Center (Remote NOC): A configurable service that extends support capabilities beyond the operator’s staff and level of expertise, proactively addressing potential network issues and design anomalies from a remote network operations center.

  • Temporary Resident On-Site: Customers can bring Telco Systems resident engineers to their sites on a temporary basis for specific projects or consultations.

  • Permanent Resident On-Site: Customers can benefit from Telco Systems engineers and experts working alongside their staff on a long-term basis.

  • System Staging: On Telco Systems’ premises, customers can verify the entire system’s process prior to deployment and installation, reducing deployment time and eliminating unforeseen problems. This remote system staging reduces the level of uncertainty associated with having operating networks overwhelmed by new and unfamiliar equipment as networks evolve and expand.
